Selected faculty profiles
Health and Life Sciences
The CHLS call focuses on biopsychology or neuroscience. It requests a related PhD and relevant experience; Psychiatry MD and machine-learning research in neurological or psychiatric disorders are encouraged. Senior candidates should demonstrate funding potential, graduate education and development of younger investigators.

Humanities and Social Sciences
The Intercultural Communication role emphasises business, management and organisational settings. The senior faculty call concerns critical AI and digital culture, including AI ethics and digital heritage. Its requirements include a relevant doctorate or terminal degree, graduate teaching, supervision, research and academic leadership. English is required; Arabic is desirable.
The Assistant Professor call concerns accessibility, disability studies and intersensory mediation for creative industries, particularly Arabic-speaking contexts. It specifies a relevant doctorate or terminal degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, alongside teaching and scholarly evidence.
College of Law
The law call requires a PhD or terminal law degree with rank-appropriate teaching, research and supervision evidence. It identifies areas including data privacy, AI and healthcare law. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Research and professional-services examples
Senior Enrollment Technology and Operations Specialist
For Qatari nationals only. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or a related field and 6–8 years’ higher-education experience, including at least two years with Student Information Systems. Work includes enrollment systems, data integrity, reporting and coordination with IT.
Director of Communications
The listed requirements include a master’s degree in communications or a PR-related field and eight years’ relevant experience, including five in senior management. Responsibilities cover institutional communications strategy and profile.
Research Fellow, College of Islamic Studies
This vacancy requires a relevant master’s degree, 3–5 years’ relevant full-time experience and a research record. Listed areas include biomedical ethics, AI ethics and applied moral philosophy, with research-writing and project-support responsibilities.
