CareerAidHub provides information, digital access, professional support, and resources relating to scholarships, fellowships, admissions, research opportunities, academic positions, professional careers, institutional announcements, career development, counselling, and related services.

CareerAidHub is intended to help users discover, evaluate, understand, and pursue relevant academic and professional opportunities.

CareerAidHub does not guarantee selection, admission, employment, funding, scholarship awards, interview invitations, research appointments, visa approval, publication, promotion, or any other particular academic or professional outcome.

You may use CareerAidHub only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use CareerAidHub only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using CareerAidHub or purchasing a product or service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or have obtained the required consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Certain CareerAidHub products and services require a registered customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons.
• Permit another person to use paid account access in violation of the applicable product terms.
• Create accounts using false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain access to another customer’s account.
• Circumvent CareerAidHub’s access-control or membership systems.

CareerAidHub may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorised sharing, security issues, or violations of these Terms.

CareerAidHub may offer free and paid products and services, including the following principal categories.

CareerAidHub may modify, add, replace, discontinue, or restructure products and services from time to time.

The product description and commercial terms presented at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with CareerAidHub.

Premium Opportunities Database access is provided for the duration associated with the purchased plan.

Current plans may include monthly, six-month, twelve-month, or other defined access periods shown on the Website.

Access begins according to the membership entitlement activated for the successful transaction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, Premium Opportunities Database purchases are for a fixed access period and do not automatically renew.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying opportunity eligibility, deadlines, application procedures, institutional requirements, and other information with the official provider.

The Career Accelerator Program provides structured professional support as described on the applicable product page.

Services may include career strategy, mentoring, profile assessment, application planning, document assistance, targeted opportunity support, and related guidance.

Where Premium Opportunities Database access is included with the Career Accelerator Program, the associated Premium entitlement will be provided according to the applicable programme terms.

CareerAidHub does not guarantee that participation in the Career Accelerator Program will result in employment, admission, fellowship selection, funding, interviews, publication, or any particular career outcome.

Counselling and consultancy services are delivered through scheduled professional sessions or other mutually agreed service arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the consultation and for attending scheduled sessions at the agreed time.

Advice and guidance provided through counselling or consultancy services are intended to support decision-making. Final academic, career, financial, immigration, application, or professional decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

Rescheduling and cancellation requests are governed by the CareerAidHub Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The price applicable to a purchase is the effective price displayed on CareerAidHub at the time the customer initiates the relevant transaction, subject to any applicable offer terms.

CareerAidHub may revise prices, introduce promotional offers, or withdraw offers prospectively at its discretion.

Changes to prices do not retrospectively alter completed transactions.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

Applicable taxes, duties, levies, or statutory charges may be added where required by law or shown during the payment process.

Submitting a payment request or seeing a browser-based success message does not by itself establish a completed purchase.

CareerAidHub may independently verify payment status with the authorised payment provider before activating a paid membership or service.

A payment shown as pending, failed, unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed, unverified, or otherwise incomplete does not create a paid entitlement.

Paid access or service activation occurs only after CareerAidHub has confirmed the transaction and created the applicable customer entitlement.

Digital membership access is provided for the duration associated with the purchased plan.

Access automatically expires at the end of the applicable entitlement period unless a new entitlement is purchased, granted, or otherwise validly added.

Unless CareerAidHub expressly states otherwise during checkout, purchases are not recurring subscriptions and will not automatically renew or automatically charge the customer for a subsequent period.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests are governed by CareerAidHub’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Eligibility for a refund may depend on the nature of the product, whether digital access has already been activated, whether service delivery has commenced, whether a scheduled session has taken place, and other relevant circumstances.

CareerAidHub currently provides digital memberships and professional services rather than physical goods.

Digital access is delivered through the customer’s CareerAidHub account. Counselling, consultancy, mentoring, and related services may be delivered through scheduled online interaction, email, digital resources, or another agreed professional channel.

CareerAidHub makes reasonable efforts to publish useful and credible information. However, opportunity details including eligibility criteria, deadlines, benefits, fees, application procedures, vacancy status, and selection processes may change without notice.

You are responsible for independently verifying information with the relevant university, employer, funding body, research institution, government authority, scholarship provider, or other official source before taking action.

CareerAidHub is not the employer, university, scholarship provider, funding agency, immigration authority, journal, or decision-making body for third-party opportunities unless expressly stated otherwise.

CareerAidHub may contain links to third-party websites, application portals, institutions, employers, payment providers, advertisements, social-media services, and other external resources.

CareerAidHub does not control or accept responsibility for third-party content, policies, transactions, availability, security, privacy practices, or decisions.

Use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party.

You agree to use CareerAidHub only for lawful personal, professional, academic, institutional, or business purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Use CareerAidHub for fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorised access to CareerAidHub accounts, servers, databases, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Website.
• Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or disruptive technology.
• Systematically scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit CareerAidHub content or premium database information without written permission.
• Circumvent paywalls, access-control mechanisms, membership restrictions, or account-security measures.
• Impersonate another individual, institution, company, or representative.

Unless otherwise stated, CareerAidHub and its content, including articles, text, graphics, branding, databases, layouts, search interfaces, designs, images, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to CareerAidHub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use publicly available CareerAidHub content for personal, non-commercial, academic, or professional reference where permitted by law.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from CareerAidHub content or premium database materials without prior written permission.

Where CareerAidHub permits users or organisations to submit opportunity information, advertisements, announcements, feedback, articles, or other materials, the submitting party remains responsible for that content.

By submitting content for publication or promotional use, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that the submitted material is accurate and lawful.

CareerAidHub may refuse, edit, restrict, or remove material it reasonably considers unlawful, misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate, infringing, or inconsistent with these Terms.

CareerAidHub may offer paid advertisements, sponsored announcements, featured listings, institutional promotions, or related visibility services.

Such services may be governed by separate quotations, campaign briefs, invoices, insertion orders, or agreements.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, CareerAidHub does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, applications, enquiries, admissions, hires, leads, conversions, or other results from advertising activity.

CareerAidHub’s handling of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting a form, or contacting CareerAidHub, you consent to receive transactional, account-related, service-related, and support communications through the contact information you provide.

You should not send passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other highly sensitive payment credentials to CareerAidHub.

CareerAidHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CareerAidHub does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, error-free operation, uninterrupted third-party services, or any particular academic, employment, financial, or professional outcome.

CareerAidHub may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue parts of the Website or its services where reasonably necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CareerAidHub, CoAxial EduTech Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or connected with the use of CareerAidHub.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, opportunities, employment prospects, scholarships, admissions, applications, business opportunities, profits, goodwill, or other consequential loss.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, CareerAidHub’s aggregate liability in relation to a claim shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific CareerAidHub product or service giving rise to that claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CareerAidHub, CoAxial EduTech Private Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your material breach of these Terms.
• Your unlawful use of CareerAidHub.
• Your violation of third-party rights.
• Content or information unlawfully submitted by you.

CareerAidHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, security, payment integrity, CareerAidHub systems, third-party rights, or legal compliance.

This may include cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorised account sharing, abusive behaviour, attempted access-control circumvention, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

CareerAidHub may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, services, payment processes, technology, operations, legal requirements, or policies.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the Website, customer account, email, or another appropriate channel.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or relating to CareerAidHub shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the competent courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, CareerAidHub, or the relevant services.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure by CareerAidHub to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with applicable product descriptions, CareerAidHub policies, and any separate written agreement applicable to a specific service, constitute the agreement governing your use of CareerAidHub.
