Faculty eligibility and documents
Human Resource Management
The Business School seeks an earned HRM doctorate with appropriate specialisation, research, successful university teaching and service. The role includes people analytics, AI-enabled HR and responsible employment.
Its application package includes a cover letter, CV with at least three references, teaching-evaluation summaries, two or three recent research papers and master’s/doctoral records. The title varies within the notice, so clarify the intended specialisation if needed.
Finance and FinTech
The notice requires an earned Finance doctorate, relevant research, university teaching and service. Teaching areas include digital finance, analytics, risk, sustainable finance and Islamic finance. It requests a cover letter, CV with references, teaching evaluations, research papers and degree/transcript records.
Psychology
The role requires a relevant doctorate and undergraduate teaching experience in at least three listed areas. The application asks for a cover letter identifying four preferred undergraduate courses, a CV with three references and unofficial transcripts.
The notice contains unrelated references to media education. Treat these as an ambiguity to clarify, rather than interpreting them as a separate disciplinary requirement.
Artificial Intelligence
The AI role requires a relevant computing doctorate, academic leadership, university teaching and experience with ABET and CAA accreditation. Its duties extend beyond research to departmental leadership and assessment.
Required documents include a leadership-focused cover letter, detailed CV, teaching-philosophy and leadership statement, accreditation-experience statement and unofficial transcripts. The notice says incomplete applications will be rejected.
