Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s applicants: High school diploma
- Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years in the government sector is preferred
- Age Limit:
- Bachelor’s: Maximum 25 years by July 2025
- Master’s: Maximum 40 years by July 2025
- Nationality:
- Citizens of countries listed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Decree No. 15/2020
- Language Proficiency:
- Non‑English speaking applicants must hold a TOEFL ITP score of at least 477 or an IELTS score of at least 5.5
- Additional Requirements:
- Official nomination by the applicant’s government
- No active military service
- Good physical and mental health
